New Domain


Dependencies
You can 'Search for a new domain' from the main page. It's possible to purchase a domain without any other service. However, in this case the domain will be on free parking and you will not receive any web space or a DNS which is needed to create a functional website.
Domain search result
On the 'Domain search result' step you will have the following options:
  • Select a domain .tld from the basic global .tlds if it's available
  • Search for an extended domain .tld in the extended .tlds lists and select it if it's available

Assign Hosting
You will get to the 'Assign Hosting' step only if once you have selected a domain from the 'Get a new domain' step. On the 'Assign Hosting' step you will have following options:
  • You can 'Get a new hosting package' if you don't have one or require a new one
  • You can assign your domain to an existing hosting packages if you have a hosting plan with no domain limit

Additional products
Additional products will be offered to if you have added a domain to your purchase. The following add-ons are available:
  • 'SiteLock' provides an important security add-on that scans your website for potential threats
  • 'Domain Privacy' allows you to protect your personal information from the public registry
  • 'Domain Monitor' allows you to monitor a domain you want to purchase that is currently unavailable
  • 'Domain Guard' allows you to protect your domain from imitators who register a domain similar to yours
If additional products are not required you can skip this step.

Review and Confirm
On the 'Review and Confirm' step you have following options:
  • Assign/reassign domains or services
  • Delete hosting plans, domains, and services
  • Change a term of hosting plans, domains, and services
  • Apply a coupon code to get a discount on your purchase
  • Complete your purchase

Renew a Domain


Dependencies
You can 'Renew a Domain' without the need of any other product or service. However, we do offer options to add hosting.

Domain search result
On the 'Domain search result' step you will have to select a domain for renewal from a list of the domains that meet the renewal conditions.

Assign Hosting
You will get to the 'Assign Hosting' step only if you select the 'Get a new domain' option from the 'Select a domain' page. On the 'Assign Hosting' step you’ll have following options:
  • You can 'Get a new hosting package' if you don't have one or require new one
  • You can 'Assign to one of your hosting packages' if you have a hosting plan with no domain limit

Additional products

Transfer a Domain


Dependencies
You can 'Transfer a Domain' without any other product or service. However, in this case the domain will be on free parking and you will not receive any web space or a DNS which is needed to create a functional website.
 
Select a domain to transfer
On the 'Select a domain to transfer' step you will have to enter the domain you would like to transfer. The domain will then be verified. If the domain is available for transfer you’ll be asked for the EPP code. If you don't have the EPP code right now you can provide it later.
 
Assign Hosting
You will get to the 'Assign Hosting' step only if you select the 'Get a new domain' option on the domain setup page. On the 'Assign Hosting' step have you’ll have the following options:
  • You can 'Get a new hosting package' if you don't have one or require a new one
  • You can 'Assign to one of your hosting packages' if you have a hosting plan with no domain limit

Additional products

You can 'Associate a Domain' without any other product or service. However, in this case the domain will be on free parking and you will not receive any web space or a DNS which is needed to create a functional website.

On the 'Select a domain to transfer' step you will have to enter the domain you would like to transfer. The domain will then be verified. If the domain is available for transfer you’ll be asked for the EPP code. If you don't have the EPP code right now you can provide it later.

Domain Privacy is a domain dependent service. To order Domain Privacy you need to have a vanity domain.

On the 'Select a domain' step you have an option to 'Protect this domain' from a list of vanity domains.

Review and Confirm
On the 'Review and Confirm' step you have following options:
  • Delete a service
  • Change a term of service
  • Apply a coupon code to get a discount on your purchase
  • Make a purchase

Domain Guard


Dependencies
Domain Guard is standalone service. It is not required to purchase anything alongside Domain Guard. However you will need to have a domain on your account to protect. You will be able to manage domain protection via the 'Domain Guard' application on any domain in the 'Web Apps'.

On the 'Review and Confirm' step you have following options:

  • Apply a coupon code to get a discount on your purchase

Domain Monitor


Dependencies
Domain Monitor is standalone service. It is not required to purchase any other product or service monitor a domain. You can monitor any .com and .net domain you require. You will be able to manage domain monitoring via the 'Domain Monitor' application on any domain in the 'Web Apps' section.

On the 'Review and Confirm' step you have the following options:
  • Delete service
  • Change a term of service
  • Apply a coupon code to get a discount on your purchase
  • Make a purchase

Web Hosting


Dependencies
'Web Hosting' is a list of the available hosting plans. You can purchase any of the hosting plans without additional items.
However, hosting plans are almost useless without domains assigned to it.

Select a domain
On the 'Select a domain' step you have the following options:
  • 'Get a new domain' if you don't have one
  • 'Transfer a domain' if you have a domain hosted with another provider
  • 'Use an unassigned domain' if you have domain that is currently on 'Free Parking'
  • The yearly/3 years' options of 'Web Hosting' offers you a free domain. You can claim the free domain right away. This step is not required and you can skip it. You'll be able to claim the free domain later. It will be available for 30 days after purchase.

Additional products
Additional products will be offered to if you have added a domain to your purchase. The following add-ons are available:
  • 'SiteLock' provides an important security add-on that scans your website for potential threats.
  • 'Domain Privacy' allows you to protect your personal information from the public registry.

'Business Email' provides you with custom business email accounts. Business emails are attached to a domain name. It is not required to purchase a domain name right away. You can get it at a later time.

  • 'Transfer a domain' if you have a domain hosted with another provider
  • 'Use an unassigned domain' if you have domain that is currently on 'Free Parking'

'MySQL Storage' is a domain dependent service. To order MSSQL Storage product you need to have a vanity domain assigned to a hosting plan. However, 'MySQL Storage' is not assigned to a vanity domain. It's assigned to a utility domain, that's why you will have the restriction that a newly added domain needs to be with existing hosting.

  • You can 'Use an unassigned domain' if you have domain that doesn't have SiteLock or have another SiteLock product
